A reset may also work. You can perform a reset by holding the Home and Sleep buttons for about 30 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the Slide To Power Off thing though.Dell Deminsion 2400 series, Windows XP, iPhone 3G OS 3.1 on AT&T w/MMS activated

My friend has the same issue with an 8Gb 3G - Did a reset fix the problem? Or did you find another fix? I'd like to know so I can advise them to do this.
