melodyne and preference files

hi,
i have a question that im asking out of curiosity as there are many people on this site that know so much more that i about logic and mac

every time i run onyx's check preference files, i get these to preference files detected as being corrupt and not able to be fixed. they are also detected with diskwarrior as well but not with disk utility.

com.igenegor.pennyweight.plist

com.REFTechnology.Cynol.plist

they are created each time i open melodyne studio.

so, i manually delete these files. should i do that?

do they impact on the mac in any way?

thanks

Mac OS X (10.6.2)
