Why can't i access my music and apps. after a restart?

Why every time i turn off my iphone (OS>2.0.2) and turning it back on, i can't access my applications and my music?
the Apps. won't open. each one of them crashes within seconds. And it seems on the iPhone's iPod i haven't got any music/video (it says: "No Content") although on iTunes i can see all the music/video i got on my iPhone and i can play them with it.
If you have some knowledge about this, please let me know. it became really irritating. it's now my 3rd day trying to find a solution.
i really appreciate any knowledgable suggestion.
By the way, i have restored the iphone many times (also as a new one)and it hasn't solve the problem and keeps coming back after every restart.
if it helps, i've runned a diagnostic test by iTunes and here is the result;

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Edition (Build 6000)

Hello Allan. First, i like to thank you for your interest in my problem.
My knowledge about all these is very limited. Believe it or not i don't even know what does hacking an iphone mean or what comes with it. All i know is once i tried to upgrade to latest firmware and got stuck with "connect to iTunes". Someone could fix the problem but After that, as much as i like to upgrade it to 3.1 (for all the cool applications which require os 3.1) i don't dare to do so. If there is a way that i can upgrade and not having the same problem, i would really like to know about it.

You're welcome.

I copied this from another one of your posts.

I made a custom ipsw myself (WINPwn 2.5 beta) which was working fine till 3 weeks ago.

Using jailbreak on an iPhone to install unofficial software from unknown and untrusted sources is hacking the iPhone. Unlocking an iPhone sold as carrier locked with a designated carrier to be used with any carrier's SIM card requires hacking the iPhone.

When someone mentions making a custom ipsw with (WINPwn 2.5 beta), this means a hacked iPhone.

You need to get help from wherever you downloaded and acquired what you used to jailbreak/hack your iPhone.

Trust me Allan, I'm the victim here and not the felon. And i tell you why but before that i like to make a statement;
I love iPhone. And I have too much respect for people who created this amzing piece of equipment, to do something which is not supported by them.

I bought my phone from a well-known store in Netherlands in combination with a 2 years plan with Vodafone. But after upgrading it with an original software, i couldn't use the phone even with their SIM card and it got locked. After looking up for a solution on the internet, the one and only way was to create a custom software and so i did. But even this didn't seem wrong to me till i've read your 3rd message from few days back. However, it remains a mystery to me why i wasn't able to use my Vodafone SIM card after that upgrade, while Vodafone is my designated carrier!
There is no need for me to have any "unsupported App." on my phone. There are thousands of fantastic applications on AppStore and most of them are free. So that is not why i did it.

In the end, i really really appreciate if you or anyone else who's reading this, could guide me through or refer a website with instruction relating how to upgrade my phone with an Apple supported software.
if it matters, i live in Netherlands and have Vodafone as carrier.
Thank you or anyone with a suggestion.

Sorry, but hacking an iPhone for ANY reason is against Apple's license agreement for the iPhone, is not supported by Apple directly or indirectly via these discussions, and voids the warranty.

If your iPhone was sold officially by Apple through this well-known store in the Netherlands, the iPhone includes a one year warranty. Any problems installing a firmware update and you could have contacted Apple or this well-known store in the Netherlands for support. Your iPhone would have been exchange under warranty if there was a problem that could not be resolved by any other means. But I suspect your iPhone was not sold officially by Apple via this well-known store in the Netherlands, especially since the iPhone is sold officially in the Netherlands as carrier locked with T-Mobile only, not with Vodafone.

Install the current iTunes version on your computer. Select Check for Update under the Summary tab for your iPhone sync preferences. Installing the current firmware version on your iPhone will re-lock your iPhone to whichever carrier the iPhone was sold by Apple as intended for. The hack used to unlock this iPhone to be used with a Vodafone SIM card in the Netherlands probably won't be compatible with the firmware version.

Or take your iPhone to this well-known store in the Netherlands for support with this especially if they sold you the iPhone as already hacked to be unlocked.

Why can't i access my music and apps. after a restart?
