How to Change Print Margins for iCal Printing?

I work away from my computer most of the day, so I need to print my daily calendar to take with me. The default print margins destroy the timeline on the left margin, so it's clearly meant to be hole punched on the right side, but that doesn't work with my planner. Even opening it as a PDF in Preview and printing it at 90% doesn't avoid the problem.

Is there a way to change the print margins so that the left margin hole punch doesn't cut out the timeline?
