How to disable itunes from some accounts

Hi

I have one Vista computer, with 3 accounts created on it.
One of them is intended to be the iTunes account as it is the iPod's owner's account.
The other 2 does not need nor want iTunes on them.

The problem(s) all with same root cause:

1) when non-ipod account login first it is spammed with registration requests from iTunes.

2) When ipod account logins second he gets spammed with messages 'iTunes is already started - ask other account to stop it' [but other account never started it and does not even want it to start]

3) When non-ipod account logins second he gets spammed with messages 'iTunes is already started - ask other account to stop it' but he does not even want it to start.

In all cases the spamming is quite annoying when playing games....

I tried removing iTunes from the autostart [using msconfig] which solved that issue, but seemed to also disable the sync of the ipod from the 'ipod' account.
I had to 'repair' the iTunes setup [which re-enabled the autostart in all accounts] to fix it... and I decided to stop trial and error 🙂

Is there a way to please everyone with this?
Can I setup iTunes so that it is active and intrusive on the ipod owner's account, but not there at all on other accounts?

I am using a very recent iTunes as we installed it a few days ago.

Thanks

Windows Vista
