I don't have your keyboard so I can only try to give you Ideas. Try tolook for the needed bank messages in the keyboard manual, sometimes in the "MIDI Implementation" section. This is difficult to understand for some inexperienced people. You can also try looking for the "BANK CHANGE" messages using Google. The information is thout their somewhere. One you have that infomation, Open the environment for that keyboard or make a new one if it isn't trheir. Make wure all the midi channels are activated, or you can activate the by clicking on each little box for all 16 channels.
Now that you have an environment, you will need to create a "CUSTOM BANK MESSAGE) FOR IT.
CLICK ON THE ENVIRONMENT TO HIGHLIGHT IT AND GO TO THE "OPTIONS" menu and click on "Define Custom Babk Messages" In this window you will need to create the messages you need. When all is correct, it will work, Don't forget to save your work as a song or template.
