Cinema Display on Mac Pro is blurry since my move

Help! My fonts, icons, screen is blurry since my move and set-up in my new office.
I was careful and repacked it in its orginal boxes and moved it myself. So I am not sure why it has changed from its usual picture perfectness to a bit-mappy blur. Are there some settings that may have been jostled or keyboard items that may have effected it?

I have am on a MacPro OS X Version 10.4.11. I believe it is a 30" monitor. OK gentlemen what is a DVI (I am guessing something like Digital Video Input??)And where do I find that? I am about to copy info from "About this Mac". I have scrolled out as much as the mouse will allow. I must admit your questions are baffling me-- I am not that technical, but hopefully this will answer your questions.

GOT IT FIXED! Thanks, my husband, a pc guy of course, followed your advice about the DVI, and got the screen back in shape. Now! ugh! I have the scroll from the mouse permenantly "on" and can't stop the curser from scrolling. Will I ever know all the stuff I need to run my own computer?!? Thanks for your help, gentlemen!
