Cross referencing endnote / footnotes in Pages '09

Dear All,

I am looking for some advice on how way to cross reference endnotes in iWorks '09 Pages i.e. refer to a reference which has already been noted/cited at the end of a document? It is easy to cross reference in Word but I cannot work this out in Pages, despite spending a long time searching the internet.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank-you.

Did you try Bookmarks? They are a real pain in the *** to administer, but do the job.

Apart from that, Pages doesn't support any document-internal-cross-referencing.
As cross-references are a vital feature for any word processor though, I strongly recommend to everybody who needs Microsoft Word-like cross-references in pages, to just submit a feature request. The more people do that, the easier it will be for Apple to see the need of that feature.
