Cross referencing endnote / footnotes in Pages '09

did you find an answer. I'm looking to cross reference paragraph numbers so that if the paragraph number changes, the cross reference is automatically changed as well. thanks

I don't think Pages has any functionality for cross-referencing it's own elements. I'd like to insert Header text into my page header/footer and it doesn't seem able to do it; and I've previously discovered a complete lack of ability to cross reference Figures too (in that case it drove me back to Word).

The use of EndNote with Pages is described pages 64&65 in the Pages User Guide which every user may download thru the Help menu.

There is nothing describing a cross-referencing feature.

From my point of view, this means that this one is unavailable.

Did you try Bookmarks? They are a real pain in the *** to administer, but do the job.

Apart from that, Pages doesn't support any document-internal-cross-referencing.
As cross-references are a vital feature for any word processor though, I strongly recommend to everybody who needs Microsoft Word-like cross-references in pages, to just submit a feature request. The more people do that, the easier it will be for Apple to see the need of that feature.

Where do i submit a feature request officially?

Then, cross your fingers, and wait _at least_ for iWork'11 😉
