So I've been doing a lot of research on this so called "dangerous" radiation that cell phone gives off and apparently the iPhone gives off quite a bit so I've been looking into ways of avoiding this such as a bluetooth headset or a wired headset. Some claim that wired headsets can cause even more amounts of radiation or make it even worse, while others like cNet.com states to use a wired headset rather than talking straight from the phone. The iphone comes with a wired headset and was wondering if anyone knows whether that is safe or a wireless bluetooth headset would be better?
Alright, frankly you both came off very rude, cell phones have become a necessity in this world so its almost impossible to just not use them ever. And yes i know that this radiation thing could be a load of nonsense, hence the quotations around dangerous. I was wondering which one would be safer, anyway thank you both for your responses.
Oh my god ! can't he ask a question ? You guys just bash him and make fun of. This is a forum to ask questions and to get answer , if you dont want to listen to his question then either don't click on it or go somewhere else. No one wants rudeness.
If you truly believe that cell phone radiation is dangerous you should not be using any cell phone, ever, or be near anyone using one. Because if it is dangerous there is no established "safe" level. The official "safe" level is well above any cell phone in use today.
When it comes to RF radiation, less is better than more.
Bluetooth devices emit less radiation than a mobile phone.
From the FCC, in part. "Note that hands-free devices using “Bluetooth” technology also include a wireless transmitter; however, the Bluetooth transmitter operates at a much lower power than the cell phone. "
Cell phones aren't a necessity. They are a convenience.
The "safe" answer is to get rid of the cell phone if it unduly worries you. People have been using cell phones for 20 years now and there is no evidence except sensationalist reporting that using a cell phone is dangerous beyond people falling off curbs or walking into things.
Thing about it this way, if radiation were an issue, we'd have a lot of men with reproductive issues considering how many men carry their phone in their pockets.
