Change the owner of an iCal Event

I recently had an employee quit who was responsible for setting up a large portions of events.
He had setup all the events for 2010 and I now need to delegate the events he created to other people in the company.

Any suggestions on the easiest way to do this?
This is where a server side client management tool would be great.
