Louder hard drive

I bought my unibody macbook pro 7 months ago, recently I noticed that the hard drive is getting a little louder, I can hear it whirring in a silent room ,it wasn't this way the time I bought it.

I made HD tests and it says ok, can a hard drive become louder and without showing any problem when testing it ?
