How do i connect cod zombies to internet?

i bought cod zombies for 13 bucks, and whenever i try go to co-op it says 'your current connection does not support online multiplayer'. Please reply and thank you if you do.

Your internet connection might be too slow to play online.

nah dude, my internet is the fastest or something, i payed extra money, if you have any other solutions please reply.

Try reseting your network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

i have teh same problem,mi internet is very fast and my router is new,i bought the game last day,i did you sayed but continuous say me your current connection does not support online multiplayer
