How to fix disabled iphone

my iphone is disabled because my brother entered a wrong passcode and i want to restore it using itunes but unfurtunetly my system crashes so the backup file is lost
please tell me what to do...tnx

Unless he changed the passcode, you should still be able to access your phone with your passcode. If not, you can still restore it but you'll have to restore it without your backup. It will then be like a new phone.

now i have already restore my iphone in factory settings and it appears lock and not yet activated what should i do to restore it from my previous backup file?
