I just bought my iPhone yesterday. I have received text messages with attached audio files that I would like to use as ringtones....I can't figure out how to save the attachment...or where to put it even...can someone help?

You can save a photo attachment received via MMS or email and save a photo from a website, which is saved in the iPhone's Camera Roll. You can't save an audio file and even if you could, you wouldn't be able to select the audio file to be used as a ringtone. You can use iTunes on your computer to manually convert a song or audio file that does not include DRM protection to a ringtone, or use a number of 3rd party utilities that provide for this followed by selecting the ringtone under the Ringtones tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes followed by a sync to transfer the ringtone to your iPhone.
