Otherwise, you can always check on eBay or other websites.
Don't forget, if your MacBook Pro is still under Apple Warranty, you can get a free replacement.

It's extremely unlikely that Apple will replace a three-year-old battery under any circumstances, unless it has been recalled.

Beware of sub-$60 batteries on Ebay — enough of them are pure junk to make them not worth the gamble.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot we are 2010... What I was thinking is 2006 with an appcare, they can change it...
But if it's a week or two after it expires, apple make exceptions.

No, batteries are consumables, and are not covered for three years even if you have AppleCare. If a battery is defective, the defect will nearly always show up during the first year and need to be addressed then. Defective batteries are dealt with by Apple on a case-by-case basis, considering their ages, cycle counts, charge capacities and any physical deformations. As I wrote above, it's extremely unlikely that a three-year-old battery will be replaced for free, AppleCare or no.
