How to cut pieces from one big .wav fast?

Well, i have 5 min wave file, i need to break it into pieces (phrases) and save each one to wavs, how to do that fast and convenient?
I tried to cut each phrase in arrange window using scissors tool and copy to new audio track, but it isn't very convenient, maybe there are any other ways to do that?
Any thoughts will be appreciated

.
- put the Region on a track
- cut the phrases into Regions
- +Select All+
- +Audio>Convert Regions to New Audio Files+

For convenience, make sure you sit on a comfy chair with the right height for your body size, check that the monitor you're looking at is neither too high nor too low, and take care that the heating is working if you're on the northern hemisphere.

for cutting audio i have been using the keycommand "split regions / events by playhead"for many years. This is one of my most used keycommands fur cutting audio and midi. If i want to cut/split an object exatly at a quantized point, i stop logic and go to the exact point, otherwise this is extremely usefull for cutting audio "on the fly"

nice regards
