Music giving me a headache

Hi All,

I have been using the iphone for about a month now and i have been bugged by one issue.

Seems like whenever i am listening to music on the iphone. About 10 to 15 minutes later i am experiencing a headache.

Initially i thought it was the earphones i was using but till date i have changed like 4 different earphones but the issue is still bugging me.

There are times when the headache doesnt seem to go away till i take a nap.

I really love the phone but i travel to work and home like 3hrs a day and music is my only companion, so i really hope somebody out there can help me out with my problem.

I dont wanna get a seperate player cos i'd rather make full use of my iphone so anybody. Do lend a hand if you can.

Headaches are usually caused by either bad fitting headphones or having the volume too high.

In case you've only tried the same type of fit as the supplied earphones, treat yourself to something better that fits inside your ear.

Make sure you use the earbud that fits (there are normally three or four sizes supplied with anything half decent)

You may also want to pay attention to your head and face when you wear the headphones. You might find that you're tensing up muscles in your neck and/or face whenever you wear headphone, regardless of what specific 'phones you're wearing, and thus triggering a headache.

I have the same problem whenever I wear a hat, whatever hat I wear; I just tense up which can often trigger a headache. So I have to consciously make sure I relax, and keep relaxed, my head and neck muscles whenever I put on a hat.
