Mail emails not deleting from SBCGLOBAL.NET accounts online
If I delete emails from my MAIL app on my IMac, they show read in on my Iphone but they're still in the email history. How do I fix this?
IMac, Mac OS X (10.6.2)
Open Mail>Preferences, select Accounts and Mailbox Behaviors. Adjust Trash settings so that you uncheck the box to "Store deleted messages on the server."
This should solve the problem. If that does not solve the problem try again, then if still not right, in a couple days, go to the sbcglobal.net online mail and once logged in find Mail Options and find the setting to delete from server after download (this would mean after viewing a message on either iPhone or Mac, it would be deleted).
