Connecting Mac to Viera LCD

Hi, I would like to connect my Mac (G5 Dual 2GHz Power PC) to a Panasonic Viera LCD 32" TV that I have. The TV has no VGA port, just two HDMI ports. Is there any cable/adaptor I can get to connect it up? Or is it a non-starter? Many thanks for any advice/help given.

G5 Dual 2GHz Power PC, Mac OS X (10.4.11)
