Demux with Subtitles

hey smart people....

I'm trying to demux a video_ts file to mv2 Ac3 but the film is a foreign language title and I need the english subtitles to come up. I have been using mpeg stream clip to demux my dvds but i can't get an option to bring up the subtitles.
Does anyone know how I can do this? Am I using the wrong software? I've tried toast as well but it doesn't work...
