After months of using it this way successfully, I can't access the music on my iPod through iTunes when I'm at work. My entire library is greyed out. The computer is authorized, the iPod is working fine. How can I listen to my tunes?

    Hello pengtzu,

    The songs are grayed out because you probably have your iPod set up to automatically sync instead of manually. In order to access these songs through iTunes, you need to enable the "Manually manage music and videos" options from under your iPod's Summary tab in iTunes on the original computer you set the iPod up with.

    If this option is already enabled, make sure "Enable disk use" has a tick mark next to it as well.
