teleconference numbers in calander entry note field

hi, i frequently need to call into telecons from the car, and would like to set my calendar entries to facilitate calling not just the phone number, but also the telecon code for the meeting. By way of background, every one at my company uses the same overall call in number, for example: 866-555-1212, and each person has a call in code you must input to get to their particular telecon at any given time, for example it might be 9999999#. Now using contacts, i could easily set up a call in that looks like this "(866) 555-1212 ,9999999#" and that would work for that persons telecon code (by dialign the number, pausing, dialing the code and hitting #), but i deal with dozens of these and its not feasible to set up contacts for each one. I'd like to be able to paste the same text into the calender entry so i can press one number and not try to have to memorize the code or write it while driving, but the iphone only recognizes the first part as a phone number in the calendar entry, so i can call that, but still need the code memorized....
