Nike + Ipod Remote
Im just wondering why when you go into the ipod touch Nike + Ipod settings the is an option called "remote". whats that all about? is it the remote on the headphones or is it the apple remote?

You can use a Nike+ compatible remote (sold separately) to control Nike + iPod wirelessly. Before using a remote for the first time, you must set it up on iPod touch.
