It may be because the album is listed as part of a compilation.
To remove this, head into your iTunes library and highlight the album and right->click "Get Info" from the menu.
Once the window pops up, head over to the Info tab. Near the bottom right corner you will see an option to set it as "Part of a compilation."
Remove the check mark if there is one, and if there isn't set one there anyways and then remove it just to be sure it is not a compilation.
Make sure to check this with both albums that are missing.
Once you have completed that, go ahead and resync your iPod to your iTunes so it can update itself. Hope this helps.
