184 pin vs 200 pin
I'm looking to replace the installed 512 mb ram to 1 GB in our powerbook G4 12" and the requirements are:
DDR SO-DIMM
200-PIN
PC2700 DDR 33 type RAM
I usually buy my ram (and other valuable computer components) from newegg.com. i prefer to order through them, but i'm finding a match with everything except the pin. the option is a 184-pin. to sum it up, what exactly is the difference and can i use a 184-pin in a 200 pin?
