The Postal Code must be valid

Hi! I just moved to Newport Beach, CA and am trying to update my Payment Info in my itunes account. When I try to change the address, itunes tells me there's an error and says, in big red letters "The Postal Code must be valid (such as C1014AAD or just the 4-digit numerical part, 1014)." Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?

I had a similar problem. When I tried to update my payment method it gave me an error saying: "Post Code must be valid (such as 050-008-4)". I called Apple and my bank and none of them knew what was going on, I was trying to input the zip code we use in my country but it just didn't go through.

So here's what I did and it worked (on my iPhone): I went to iTunes and App Store, tapped on my apple ID, entered my password, and then tapped on Country/Region. I DID NOT change it, just clicked again on my country (Nicaragua) and agreed again to the terms and conditions. It worked like a charm, my payment information was updated and my apple music membership was renewed, this time it accepted my zipcode with no problems. Hope this helps. Is the credit card associated with your iTunes account from a country other than the United States?

By Googling that postal code example you gave, it looks like you might have just moved to California from Argentina. If that's the case, then your iTunes Store might still be set to Argentina. You can change this by scrolling to the bottom of the main page of the iTunes Store.

Essentially, you can only access the version of the iTunes Store that your credit card is from.
