How do I put a Pages file onto a flash drive to print it with Word on a PC?

how do i put a pages document onto a flash drive and then plug it into a PC and print it off

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

You export it as PDF or Word then copy it to the flash drive then print it from the PC.
