Pairing 2009 Audi A3 Bluetooth with iPhone
New iPhone 3Gs. A 2009 Audi. Instructions say to start the ignition. Set the iPhone to discoverable, and wait to enter a code 1234. Didn't work. Tried again and again. Audi no talkee to iPhone. Called dealer. YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE DOORS CLOSED BEFORE BLUETOOTH WILL PAIR. Who knew!?
Enter car, CLOSE DOORS, turn on ignition, set iPhone to discoverable, confirmation screen comes up, enter 1234. Paired. With the doors closed. :--)
