Iphone not appear in itunes

I have some problem with my iphone. When i connect the phone to my PC it unable to detect in itunes. I have tried to uninstall all apple software as suggested by the Apple website but it still unable to help me.

I get following message when i connect my phone ; Itunes could not connect to this iphone because an unknown error accurred (0xE8000022).

today i got another error E0000225.

I am trying to solve last four days but unable to solve it. Even tried to use different computer which using Window XP still show same problem. Please help me to correct the problem. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the problem remain same.
