Looking for electronic filing system/cabinet software

Hi there,

I am getting tired of paper accumulating around my room. I am looking for electronic filing system/cabinet software. Similar to evernote, I would love to scan my receipts and etc. and file it securely in a software.

Let me know if anyone has a good file management system.

Never used either, but [SnapScan makes a scanner package|http://www.fujitsu.com/us/services/computing/peripherals/scanners/scans nap/scansnap-s1500m.html] that does that along with [Neat Desk|http://www.neatco.com>.

[Yep|http://www.ironicsoftware.com> will manage all of your pdf files if you already have a scanner and don't want to spend extra money.

I use Yojimbo from Bare Bones Software. I mostly wanted a filing system for already electronic stuff I run across. But once something is stored electronically it is good to go.

I've tried YEP, Leap, Evernote, Mac OS Finder (Searchlight), Yojimbo and Devon-Think Pro Office. I settledc on Devon-Think Pro office because of it's very robost AI and searching capability. The only downside is that for the moment it does not support syncing across my Macs.
