Since installing Snow Leopard on my MacBook Pro, I'm unable to print anything in colour with the HP2025. Any news when a driver will be available please or is there anything else I can do?
It's very, very annoying!
Thanks
There are several reasons that your printer will not print in color. If any color toner is "out" it will switch to MPACCO- Mono Printing at Color Cartridge Out. If you print a supplies page, it will tell you if any supply is out, and if it is capable of printing in color, the bar graphs for wach color will be in the correct color.
It may just be coincident with your upgrade.
Thanks for suggestion, but I've used the printer with a PC and it prints perfectly.
It was fantastic before I added Snow Leopard. I'm stumped at the moment.
Are you using any presets? I don't have one of these printers, but there is a setting in the Color/Quality Options to print color as gray. Maybe this is on?
Thank you for all the suggestions. I have resolved the issue by uninstalling the printer from system preferences and then reconnecting by USB and it now prints perfectly.
Thanks again.
