MS Visio for Mac?

Hi, I´ve got my first MacBook yesterday, and have transfered data from my old PC. I´ve installed Office for Mac, and discovered that Microsoft Visio isn´t there. Does that excist for Mac, or are the Mac programmes that can read Visio files?
