Usability of the Apple Website and Usefulness of what it provides

If this is in the wrong place, I apologise, but I am absolutely fizzing mad right now.

I have an IPOD which has decided to freeze up completely and, upon trying to locate help through the Apple website, have found out it is completely useless.

Tech support calls are only available to people in the USA and Canada. Clearly people in the UK and Europe don't buy Apple products abd don't need help ⚠

There is also no way to email anyone for tech support with problems that cannot be solved through the forums and require in depth help.

May I suggest go to the Using your iPod nano (4th generation) Forum and click on Post New Topic.
Post your issue with as much info as possible, and someone will probably assist you.

For future reference, please review the first entry User uploaded file How To Post A New Topic, on Feedback About Discussions.

If you have additional questions, access the iPod Category page, the iTunes Category page and/or the iPhone Category page.

From a Category page, select an appropriate Forum to post in.
On Forum pages, there is an option to Post New Topic.

More info here How Is Discussions Content Organized?.
It can be confusing, but explore the different areas, and you will acquire a better understanding of the hierarchy.

Enjoy Your Stay In  Discussions!
