I know that a Mac cannot write to an NTFS formatted drive, but I know that I can write to my NTFS formatted PCs share folder. I assume this is because it is actually the PC writing to the drive and not the Mac.

My question is, does this behavior apply to network shares that are attached to a router via a USB port, or is this dependent on the router itself? I would think this would be the same as a PC share folder except that it is the router writing to the share drive.

Any help with this question would be appreciated.
