Is it possible to record a voicemail and then send it to multiple phone numbers? If not, is there an app out there that makes it possible? I've looked around, but can't find anything or figure it out if it's possible.

You can use the voice recorder and record a memo and then use MMS or email to send it to people.

The iPhone has built in MMS. It's not necessary to look at MMS apps in the App Store.

You record your voice memo and then click the little button on the right in Voice Recorder. Select the memo and then click on Share. Tap MMS which will then allow you to select the phone numbers of the people you want to send it to.
