Safari and UPS- printing shipping labels online

Anyone have any luck printing shipping labels using UPS online shipping?
I've contacted UPS support, but without much success.
I'm using a Zebra Thermal Printer, model 2844.

Carolyn, thanks for the info. I have an account with UPS, and I do online shipping all the time, problem is I can't do it from Safari. I have to use IE. Been over that page a million times, only thing there in the way of "software" are browser plug-ins. UPS support is no help either. I ship 2-3 time a week via UPS, and since I don't have daily pickup I can't get the shipping software from UPS. Plus it's Windows based anyway.
There is a 3rd party company that has software to ship via Mac, but it's $19 per month. I can print now, but it is from a PC and I have to use IE.
I'll keep looking.
Thanks
