How do I get rid of extra cymbal crashes after install of JamPack Rhythm?

I just got an old iMac with GB2 on it, and have had a lot of luck using it, so far. But last night I installed the JamPack Rhythm Section and started a new song using the Studio Tight Kit. For some reason, there are cymbal hits where there should not be. I tried deleting the note where the hit occurs, and it still happens. I zoomed all the way in the make sure there wasn't a really skinny note there, and I couldn't find one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I cannot believe that so many people have read my question, yet no one has any clues. Have I discovered a truly SINGULAR error?

More on the mystery cymbal hit: if I select all and delete every note in the affected regions, the cymbal remains. If I delete the region, the cymbal goes away. The hit is also in the same place in each region, because when I created the drum track, I copied and pasted the first region, then changed the notes around.

The funny thing is, I've heard the song so many times with the extra cymbal hit, and it occurs in not-too-bad a place, in the drum fill at the end of the measure, that I've kind of grown accustomed to it, and think it actually sounds kind of cool where it is. So I think I'm just going to incorporate it into the song. Maybe title it "Random Cymbal Crash."

Anyway, thanks for reading. I would still be interested if anyone knows why this has happened.

Hard to tele-diagnose your problem. The crash is obviously in your region, so you should be able to find it ...

Often some part of the score is hidden in a higher or lower octave than the window you're looking at in your Editor window. So when you say if I select all and delete every note in the affected regions - how did you select the notes? Manually or with cmd-A? The latter should really select all the notes, and you should be able to delete them.

If you compress your project and post it somewhere, people could inspect your drum track.

Do you really want to know why? Then please provide detailed information.
One way you might consider is to use your Mac to take a picture of the specific Project and Track info.
To do so > open your Garageband Project > control-shift-4 > use pointer to highlight area you wish to capture. Retrieve image from desktop and post somewhere online reply with the address to that image.
Why guess?
