Max RAM installable in iMac 233 tray load Bondi Blue?

I received a Bondi Blue iMac for free yesterday. I figured I would max it out and just play with it a little bit. My question is what is the max memory installable on this particular model? It seems as though rev A can handle less than B-D. How do I tell what Rev. I have and how much RAM is installable? Thanks in advance.

The tray-loader iMac G3 models (rev. A-D) should be able to go to 512mb (256mb in each slot). It is somewhat picky about the type of RAM (especially if you try to use the iMac with Mac OS X instead of Mac OS 8.x/9.x), so it may be best to get it from a vendor with Mac expertise. For example

Note: A Bondi Blue (greenish-blue) iMac G3 can be either Rev. A or Rev. B. The main difference is that the B model has a slightly better graphics hardware with 6mb of VRAM (the A model has less VRAM although you can upgrade it to 6mb). If it is Blueberry (light blue), then it is a Rev. C or D.
