Lexmark x4650 Issues...
Hey all, I am having a really hard time solving this problem so this is my last resort...
I am trying to scan using my new Lexmark x4650. It prints wirelessly perfectly. When I hit the scan button on the printer, it keeps getting hung up on "Downloading Application List." Eventually it says "Cannot retrieve application list." I have followed all the Lexmark troubleshooting instructions without luck. I have installed the most current drivers. So, since I cannot scan that way, I try to use the Lexmark Center to print from my Macbook... Except every time I try to open the program it just crashes. I have tried everything at this point... Lexmark customer service was zero help, they told me they would transfer me to the Mac dept. but instead I was transferred to AT&T wireless??? Help!!!
