not receiving mail & duplicates upon sending

we have just setup SLS server and all works fine except

1. we are not able to receive email... we can send though & and also save drafts to the server!
2. we have selected to bcc emailarchive@example.com for all emails, however all emails get duplicated into that account...?

we have followed: pterobyte's tip on disabling greylisting ( http://osx.topicdesk.com/content/view/144/45/) but to no avail.
