Missing address bar

My address and tool bar is missing in Safari. I've deleted and reloaded Safari, but cannot locate. Any suggestions?

Everything gone except for the Bookmarks bar (and possibly the Source bar down the bottom.

Okay ... if the keboard shortcut isn't working, let's see if rebuilding the com.apple.Safari plist file gets back your Toolbar again.

Quit Safari if you have it open.

Now, from the Start menu, click Open.
In the Organize menu, click Folder and Search Options.
Click the View tab.
In the "Advanced settings" pane under "Hidden files and folders" make sure that the "Show hidden files and folders" option is selected.
Click OK.

Now go "Start > Computer"

Open your C drive. Open "Users". Open the folder that has the username of your user account. Open "AppData". Open "Roaming". Open "Apple Computer". Open "Preferences".

Find the "com.apple.safari" plist file. Drag it out onto your Desktop.

Now launch Safari. (This will rebuild the com.apple.safari file.)

The "Welcome to Safari" thingy should play. Do you have the Toolbar back as well?
