Can´t use Bluetooth efter installing itunes

Hi,

Iv just bought an iphone. After i installed itunes i couldn´t use my bluetooth mouse. I have now deleted itunes and all the other programs. Is there any one els who have had the same problems? I´ve tried to install new bluetooth drivers but it doesent work.
