FCSvr and Mac Mini Server

I've working with FCSvr last months without issues. It's installed in a Mac Pro.
Last friday we've installed in our office a mac mini server for administration purposes and since then I'm having troubles.
I'm able to open FCSvr, watch clips, add metadata...
but I cannot upload new files (compressor status: IDLE),
and I cannot download again the java web start file from my browser: 'File not found'.
Is it possible that the mac mini server configuration is affecting FCSvr in the Mac Pro?
