IPod Touch cannot find specific WIFI router.

I have a Belkin router which worked with the IPod fine for many months then all of a sudden the IPod can no longer find the router when setting up a WIFI connection. I've fiddled with all the router's settings but the problem persists.
Interesting thing is that the IPod can pick up and connect to other routers (tested this). And other devices can find and connect to the Belkin router (tested this too). Does anyone have any clue how this could happen? Why only this router and ipod?
