Boot Kernel Error 10.5.4

MacBook will not boot at all. Stops at Kernel Panic. Unable to boot into Safe Mode, unable to boot to CD, unable to boot using Command + S.

Error Code: 0x00000010

At the risk of being declared pessimistic, I'd look for hardware repairs on your MacBook.
