Boot Kernel Error 10.5.4

MacBook will not boot at all. Stops at Kernel Panic. Unable to boot into Safe Mode, unable to boot to CD, unable to boot using Command + S.

Welcome to Apple's discussion groups.

That could indicate a serious hardware problem, assuming you're doing it correctly. What type of "CD" are you trying to use? What happens if you boot that Mac with the system disc or Mac OS X installer disc while you hold down an "option" key?

I am using the Installation Disk that came with my MacBook. When I hold down the option key, it shows the Hard Drive and the Installation CD. When I select the CD, I hear the drive spin up, then the laptop reboots and errors out again.

At the risk of being declared pessimistic, I'd look for hardware repairs on your MacBook.
