How do you modify ICON Text.

I have several enterprise APPS that installed with Long names under the Icons and I would like to change the text to something shorter.

I have searched high and low.. seems I am either Search impaired or counter intuitive.

Any ideas?

End users can't change the App name - only the developer of the App can do that.
