sent mail not copied to sent folder
for a couple of weeks now we are experiencing the following problem with an IMAP mail server (10.5.8)...
all works seemingly well, except that some emails sent from clients on the local network do sporadically not get copied to their respective sent folders - this problem affects all email accounts.
since we also forward all email to a 'catchall' account we do have copies of the 'missing' sent emails, however it would obviously be nice to also have them in user's sent mail folders as they get nervous.
if anyone can point us in a direction that would be much appreciated.
