Anyone know how to extract a video embedded in a KeyNote slide slow, just the slide and video not the whole presentation. The video might even be a Windows kind of file, not sure. Any way to export just the slide/video?

under your file menu in keynote go to export
you will get a box that gives you export options such as TIFFs for a slide
For the movie you will need to use the QT export option and change it to the custom setting that matches your sequence
