Syncing bookmarks with Chrome

I use Google's Chrome browser on my PC. I sync my iPhone to that PC. iTunes has a drop down box on the Info page to let you choose the browser to sync bookmarks on the iPhone with. However, the drop down box only lists Internet Explorer. Is there a way to sync the bookmarks in Chrome with my iPhone?

3GS, Windows XP

Probably because Apple and Google aren't always on the best of terms (they offer competing browser products) and Apple wants you to use their product.

Therefor they make it easy to integrate your bookmarks with their browser, not that of their competitor.

Chrome might be your default browser, but it sure ain't Apples!

Firefox is not listed on my MBP or my wife's Vista PC...only Safari and Internet Explorer.

One way around it is to use Xmarks, which synchronises your Bookmarks/Favorites up to a central server.

If you work primarily in Firefox, just open Internet Explorer once in a while and let it sync with all of your Firefox bookmarks, then when you sync your iPhone, everything is copied across
