Itune on ipod touch

Hi,

I try to open the itune application from my ipod touch but it says that it is not available in this country.... is there any way of changing the country or ideas to being able to use itune on my ipod? (the app store is working as usual... it's only itune that I can't open)(I can open the itune on my computer)
